The electric viol is the ideal instrument in this setting : you can control its volume really easily even with other louder instruments playing.

To
crerate this instrument, I left all the usual frames of reference and
let the function dictate the shape,
thereby rethinking the instrument thoroughly.
The body is no longer symmetrical : a longer side for powerful basses, a shorter side for high notes,
with a widely sloping shoulder for easy playing in the high register on the d string.

piezo pickup is fitted within the rosewood bridge, giving the Altra
Gamba rich harmonics and an amazing
tone.

Altra Rock is a closed-body electric viol, which will enable you to enjoy your multi-effects rack to the full. Fitted with perlon strings,
